Reorganise and train our staff

Our staff will welcome you in the best conditions possible, having made changes to the way we work since the start of the health crisis. Each employee has been trained in health risks and protective measures to minimise risk for themselves, their colleagues and, of course, for you! We have appointed a COVID-19 supervisor to ensure hygiene procedures and practices are maintained.

Make your holidays easier

We have made changes to our sales points so we can serve you in the best conditions. If possible, please pay by card. Our staff who come into contact with the public will wear a mask – and a smile too!

Ensure our visitors are safe and feel secure

Measures have been implemented to ensure a safe and clean environment for all, in accordance with transport regulations:

Distancing

Queues at points of sale will be organized in order to respect social distancing.
The ski lifts remain at full capacity.
The Méribel ski area advises you to travel with your family or in a group if possible.

Wearing a mask

Wearing a mask is compulsory in all ski lifts as well as in points of sale (from 11 years old).
Masks will be worn by all sales staff, ski lift personnel etc.

General hygiene

Hydroalcoholic gels are available in the departure and arrival ski lift stations. The premises, the surfaces affected as well as the shared equipment are cleaned regularly.

Keep safe while protecting our beautiful environment

Every person should carry a bag in which to stash used masks, both for health and civic reasons. It’s a simple and effective solution! Waste bins are available at the lifts.
