The data collected is stored for the following periods:

- Data collected to process your orders for products and services: for five years from their collection if the amount of the order is less than € 120, for ten years if the amount of the order is equal to or greater than € 120. As an exception, the number and expiry date of your credit card are kept: Per exception, the photograph you download when you order a season ski pass is kept for three years from its download in order to facilitate the reissue of the Title from one season to the next. See our terms of sale. The photograph that you download for a Trois Vallées Liberté subscriptions with tacit renewal is kept until you cancel your subscription.;

• Until the end of the opening season of the ski lifts operated by Sevabel for reimbursement of the ticket;
• For subscriptions with tacit renewal: until the termination of your subscription;
• In any event for 15 months after the last debit date to serve as proof if the transaction is disputed.

The cryptogram is not retained beyond the transaction;

• - Data collected for creating your personal account: until your personal account is deleted. .(The abolition of account involves the abolition also sub-contacts bound to this account);
• - Data collected to send you promotional offers, newsletters, invitations to participate in games or contests, as well as satisfaction surveys: three years from point of collection. At the end of this period, we will delete the data. Excepting for Data collected for marketing purposes, we will contact you again to find out if you wish to continue receiving marketing information from Sevabel for a new period of three years;
• - Data collected to respond to inquiries, comments and complaints that you send us : During the time necessary to process these requests, comments and claims.
• - Data used to verify that you have paid the sums due to Sevabel and to the other entities that are members of Trois Vallées Liberté: up to 48 hours after payment of the full sums; in the absence of payment, for three years from the unpaid or, in the event of legal proceedings, until the date on which the payment order becomes final.

In order to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal data and in particular to protect them against unlawful or accidental destruction, accidental loss or alteration, or unauthorized disclosure or access, Sevabel shall take the necessary technical and organisational means, in accordance with the law. To this end, Sevabel has put in place technical measures (such as firewalls) and organisational measures (such as an identifier and password system, physical protection means, etc.).
