Enter your login and password in the ‘my account’ box

You will then see a number of tabs :

1. My orders

Find all the orders placed by your account: memberships, usage, renewals.

You can print out an invoice for each one.

2. Ski days

Track your usage by day and by skier. You will also be able to track your weekly invoice.

You will also receive an email after each day’s skiing.

3. My contacts / my passes / my skiers

Find the list of contacts linked to you.

Activated skipasses

You’re ready to hit the slopes! Make the most of Les 3 Vallées ski area.

Check each skier’s photo here and make any changes if necessary.

For a 3 Vallées Liberté pass only: You have the option of adding daily insurance at 3.30€/day. If you have not taken out the"Carré neige" insurance that we offer, make sure that you are covered by your personal insurance, especially for your free days. If you need insurance, you can add it to your skipass at any time.

These 3 Vallées Liberté memberships will be renewed automatically in November unless you advise us otherwise. If you wish, you can cancel them at the end of the season, until October 31st,, by clicking on ‘cancel’. To reactivate them, you will need to contact us by email. Inactivated skipasses

These skipasses are inactivated for one of several reasons:

• - The automatic renewal of your 3 Vallées Liberté registration(s) could not be completed because the bank details saved on your 3 Vallées account are no longer valid. You can update them HERE. We will be informed of this update by email and will renew your 3 Vallées passes. If you already have your skipasses, you can ski straight away. If you no longer have them, we will provide you with new ones on request.
• - You previously cancelled your subscriptions. To reactivate them, you can contact us by email at sevabel.vel@compagniedesalpes.fr or by telephone on +33 (0)4 79 00 94 37 or +33 (0)4 79 00 62 75.
• - You didn’t purchase a skipass for this person, you just saved their details. In this case, select the ‘Order a new skipass’ tab and, without changing the lead contact, sign them up by choosing them from the list of your skiers at the time of purchase.

Each subscription is represented by a card that allows you to access our ski lifts; it is personalized, has a photo, and is non-transferable.

4. My password

For security reasons, we recommend that you regularly change your account password. You can do this here.

You can also change it if you forget it, by selecting the ‘forgot password’ option when you log in.

5. My contact details

Update your address, telephone number or any information that has changed since your initial registration to make it easier for us to contact you.

This tab only concerns the lead contact.

6. My payment methods<

You can use this area to update your bank details for future payments.

When you enter new bank card details, you will be redirected to your bank as if making an online purchase for €0, which will validate your new card.

Your bank details are stored automatically. You have the right to object, but this will cancel your registration.

7. Ordering a new skipass

This tab allows you to sign up an additional person from October onwards. Anyone who has already registered for a 3 Vallées skipass does not need to go through this option again as we can renew a cancelled registration, issue a new card in the event of loss, etc on request.
