What is the health / vaccination pass?
In accordance with current applicable legislation, from March 14th, 2022, health passes (for people between 12 and 16 years old) or vaccination passes (for anyone aged 16 and above) is no more required to access our ski lifts.

Can I get tested in resort?
Each resort has testing centres where PCR and antigen tests can be done. The list is available on the tourist office website: www.lesmenuires.com
Tests are payable: from 44€ for a PCR, from 22€ for an antigen test. Please note that some tests require an appointment to be made in advance.
Since 12/24/21, wearing approved mask (surgical or class 1 medical) or neck warmers must be worn from the age of 11 (recommended from the age of 6) is compulsory in our closed lifts.
Hand sanitiser is available for your use in enclosed ski lift buildings, in first aid posts, in sales outlets, welcome areas and services, in public toilets (if you are not able to wash your hands).
I leave a 1-metre gap between myself and those around me in all queues, both inside and outside, in all places where members of the public are gathered together (sales outlets, viewpoints…), by respecting the signage. I buy and recharge my skipass online, or by using the terminals provided for that purpose wherever possible.
Our teams are still smiling behind their masks as they welcome you! All of our employees are trained in health and safety risks and protective measures. Our sales outlets and welcome areas have adapted to the current health restrictions (social distancing instructions and signage on site). A large number of skipass sales and recharge terminals have been installed.
Contact surfaces will be regularly cleaned in all ski lifts and cable cars and windows will be left open wherever possible. Ski lift access queues will be organised to enable social distancing. Our ski lift hourly flow will be increased to reduce queues. No restrictions to numbers of skiers on the slopes.
Our cancellation and refund terms and conditions will adapt in line with health and safety restrictions.
100% refunded: we process your requests for changes or cancellation of your package until the day before the 1st day of validity.
In the event of an early closure of the domain, we will reimburse your stay package (from 2 to 21 days) in proportion to the days not used.
Our season ski pass has special conditions, consult our Terms of sale HERE.
