You can change your 2/7 season pass to an unlimited 3 Vallées season pass by paying the difference in price between your original pass and the unlimited season pass.

How do I know how many days I have left to ski?

All the information related to how many days you have used will be available on your customer account. This information is updated every evening at 9pm, and we will also send you an email to inform you of days used. Please note that you will not be able to follow your usage in real time.
I have not used all my days in the week. Can I carry them over?
The 2 days are to be used from Monday to Sunday, and they cannot be carried over nor given away. They are not refundable.

Can I take out a subscription for someone else?

Yes, you can. However, you should bear in mind that you cannot limit the pass to the prescribed 2 days, and that any additional days used will be charged to you.

If I decide to ski a third day in a week, is it possible to load the extra day onto my season pass?
You don't have to do anything, the day pass will be automatically debited from your credit card on the basis of the 3 Vallées adult solo rate, i.e. 79€/ additional day.
I have not used up my second day, is it possible to take a lift as a pedestrian?

Yes, but please note that this will be counted as the second day authorised on the 2/7 pass.

I only skied for half a day, can I have 4 afternoons instead of 2 days?
No, the 2/7 does not allow you to accumulate half days.

What are the refund conditions in case of closure of the ski area?

I've been injured, and I can't ski anymore, can I carry over the pass for this summer or next year?

The ski pass cannot be carried over from one season to the next, however you can contact your insurance company for a possible refund.

If you wish to change your 3/7 season pass to another season pass, only an upgrade to a Vallée des Belleville or an unlimited 3 Vallées season pass is possible, with payment of the difference in price between your original pass and the unlimited season pass.

Please go to the sales outlet to pay the price difference.

I would like to take a 3 Vallées extension, is it possible to add this onto my 3/7 season pass?

No extension is possible on your Vallée des Belleville 3/7 season pass. If you wish to ski in the 3 Vallées, you must buy a 3 Vallées day pass. You can do this online at https://www.skipass-lesmenuires.com/fr/or directly at the resort sales outlet. This pass will have to be loaded on to a different card than the one used for your 3/7 ski pass. Remember to leave your 3/7 pass at home so that it does not automatically use one of your 3/7 days.

Got a question about the Skiflex season pass? 10 lifts per week

The product I bought isn’t what I needed after all. Can I change it??  

If you wish to exchange a Skiflex pass for a 2/7 pass, you may do this only once by contacting the customer service department of the resort that issued the pass. The change will be effective the following Monday.

To change to a Les 3 Vallées Unlimited season pass, you must go to the sales outlet and pay the difference in price.

I'm afraid I will exceed the 20 permitted lifts per week, is it possible to block my pass?

This is not an option.
Remember: over and above the 10 permitted lifts per week (from Monday to Sunday), each extra lift journey will be charged at 12.00€. The daily limit is fixed at 79€, which corresponds to the price for a 3 Vallées day pass.

I’ve used up all my lifts for the week, will my pass be blocked? 
No, we won’t leave you at the other end of the ski area! Each extra lift journey over and above the 10 permitted lifts per week will be charged at 12.00€. The daily limit is fixed at 79€, which corresponds to the price for a 3 Vallées day pass.

Will I receive an invoice for every extra lift taken? 
No, this information will be included on your customer account at the end of the day and you will be invoiced every Monday for any extra lifts taken.

I'm not sure about the extra lifts invoiced. How can I check? Can I see the lifts I have used?
You can do this for up to 48 hours by contacting one of our sales outlets. After 48 hours, the data of the lifts are deleted in order to respect CNIL regulations.

I would like to go tobogganing, can I charge it onto my season pass? 
No, the tobogganing passes need to be purchased separately from your season pass.

You must connect to your 3 Vallées Liberty account and add the skiers concerned.
